Challenge
A single malicious email can (and will) ruin everyone's day. It may get vital members of a team fired. It can even result in the collapse of the entire business. Attackers, hackers, script-kiddies, and state-sponsored jerks launch attacks worldwide, every...single...day... And most end-users are none-the-wiser.
Approach
I design and build information security training programs that target the human aspect of network vulnerabilties head-on by educating end-users through direct engagements, question-and-answer sessions, scenario-based discussions, and on-going remedial testing and training.
Outcome
Networks are made whole and robust through the inclusion of a workforce that's directly aware of the threats they face. Businesses become more operationally efficient as their teams are exposed to the reality of an attack and given training on the proper ways to respond to an attack, report issues directly, and to protect the environments they work so hard to build.
